Metcon (5 Rounds for reps)


5 Rounds:

AMRAP x 3 mins

3 DB Snatches (each arm)

6 Push Ups

9 Air Squats

*Rest 1 min between rounds.
*You will keep track of total reps each round and input EACH round separately at the end. DB snatches count for only 3 each round not 6.

*DB snatches are 3 each arm. You can alternate or not..up to you.


Accumulate 3 mins of:

Weighted Hollow Hold

*Every time you break, complete a 30sec Arch hold.
