“Deadlift Angie”

For Time:

100 DB/KB Deadlifts

100 Push Ups

100 Sit Ups

100 Air Squats
Partition Angie however you’d like.

Deadlifts will be done with one DB/KB. If you have a barbell at home, you can do regular deadlifts but keep it light! If you have absolutely no equipment. Fill up a duffle bag with laundry and deadlift that.
