Build to a 5 rep Snatch and Clean and Jerk
**You will start off at 60% for both lifts and add no more and no less that 5-10 pounds each set. You must complete 5 reps at each weight before adding. If you miss 2 consecutive lifts at a weight, you must move on to the next lift or call it a day.**
***This week was a lot programmed and due to the major work for today being very varied in time amongst all lifters I am not programming a lot for today.***
