10 Rounds:

12 Deadlifts

9 Hang Power Cleans

6 Push Jerks

*Complete 5 burpees every minute on the minute including the first minute
DT is traditionally done with a barbell.

If using a KB/DB, you will complete ONE round on both your right AND left. But please complete all deadlifts in the center and not off to the side for all rounds.
