1 Snatch + 2 Overhead Squats + 1 Hang Snatch

For Time:

30 Snatches

20 Box Jumps

25 Snatches

15 Box Jumps

20 Snatches

10 Box Jumps

Pick a weight SLIGHTLY heavier than your “light” for this workout. It should be a weight you can maintain even if it is a single lift every time. Box jumps will go fast.
