‼️December’s Member of the Month‼️ Eden!!! Eden is one of our youngest members at Wig Wag and also one of the fiercest. She’s not afraid of some hard work and inspires us all. And if you haven’t tried her guacamole yet..you haven’t lived. Congrats Eden!! 🥑🥑🥑🥑🥑🥑🥑🥑🥑 1- What made you decide to try CrossFit? Jiu-Jitsu was no longer an option, so it was just a matter of continuing to get some kind of physical activity. 2- How has CrossFit changed your life/lifestyle? CrossFit has completely changed my goals and intentions. It encouraged me to work harder towards my goals. 3- What motivates you during a workout? Definitely my competition! I look up to people, and then try and beat them! 4- Favorite and Least favorite moment? My favorite is most definitely cleans and handstand walking. Least favorite, rowing or wall balls. Basically anything that requires long legs. 5- Favorite indulge meal? Most definitely Tacos! 6- Biggest accomplishments so far? Bar muscle ups and handstand walks! 7- What advice would you give to someone about to start or just starting CrossFit? Go for it! You only live once, take advantage of that! Achieve your goals and fight for what you want! Keep moving forward and enjoy it!
