This workout is very grippy but will be a good “primer” for tomorrow’s Open WOD. With only 2 rounds, I want you to pick a heavier weight than you normally do for the carries.


4 rounds:

20s Right Side Plank

20s Left Side Plank

30 Alternating V Sits
