#Repost @crossfitgames with @get_repost ・・・ Yes, you can scale Open workouts. Each week, Rx’d and scaled versions of Open workouts will be released. Some weeks will have variations for Masters and Teens. You can select which version you would like to attempt. Just because you scale the first week, doesn’t mean you can’t go for the Rx’d version the next week. Scaled, does not mean easy. The written versions will test your fitness. If you are unable to complete either version, that’s OK. You’ve got options: – • Take a zero, shake it off and get ready to score the next week. Don’t let your ego impede the fun. • Complete as much of the written workout as you can, record your official score, then stop or continue the workout with additional modifications as needed. Remember, you can only score points by performing one of the officially written versions of the Open workouts, but don’t let that stop your progress or participation #InTheOpen. Talk to a coach, make a plan and register for the Open at Games.CrossFit.com. Link in bio. – #CrossFitOpen #CrossFitGames #Fitness
